Risk Of Buying Notes
I just finished reading the article titled "Buying Notes for Dummies" I am wanting to hear from some of the other investors that have used this strategy and who can tell me the risks involved. I understand the importance of due diligence just like in any other investment is mandatory ie, comps, taxes, position of the lien, having exit strategies and so on. Is there any thing else that could present a risk outside of the obvious?
