Ripe Areas For Pre-construction Flipping
Can anyone name a few good areas for pre-construction flipping? Given the current economy and upcoming elections, I'm looking for opportunities in communities that supported by more than one industry (for example, where the local economy is supported by more than just tourism.)
Any suggestions?

Check out Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The place is booming and has many people moving here permanently along with many new industries. Resident Population is exploding along with roads and highways being built.
