Reviews On Subject 2 Courses
Has any one done the Bill Gatten subject 2 course? I've done that but today there were several people commenting on how pleased they were with the John Locke course. I looked up his course on this site and it does seem to cover more. I need more help on this subject 2 stuff. Has anyone seen both courses and give me an opinion as to which was more helpful? I don't want to spend more money needlessly. Also, Locke had 2 courses, could I get enough out of the cheaper one?

I would rather you have said the less expensive manual, but cheaper is OK.
Mr. Gatten and I have two different syles of investing, he will be speaking at the upcoming TCI Convention and I look forward to hearing what he has to say.
He is a quite a colorful poster on various discussion boards so I am sure that his presentation at the convention will be as such.
Anyway bottom line it is your education in the wonderful world of creative real estate investing that you should be considering, you may make the investment in many courses if it helps you achieve your goals.

Is it your teaching method that is different or do you do the subject 2 differently?

I am not aware that Mr. Gatten does Subject To investing, but I am sure he will correct me if I am wrong.
He has a web site that explains his method of investing, I am sure that you can find it rather easily.

As per the question from Zoi, is the "less expensive course" (haha) a good way to become familiar with Sub2 investing for a newbie? I really don't have the extra $690 for the complete course, but I could prob. get the Sub2 manual to get started if that is a good starting point.
