Returning A Security Deposit

I have a renter that is moving out. I was wondering if I can charge him for my time in cleaning up after him. The property belongs to an LLC if that makes any difference and I am one of two owners. If it is possible to charge him, what would be a reasonable rate?

It is possible for me to hire someone else to do the work and then charge the renter, correct?
