Retired, Have Cash, Do Not Have Experience

My retirement investment portfolio has fallen precipitously the last two years. I wish to reverse this trend by investing in real estate. Years ago I owned a single-family rental property for four years. It proved to be financially successful, however I did not enjoy being a landlord.

At this time, my sister and I own our deceased-parent's home as a rental property. My sister manages the property, as she and the house are in another state. I plan to remove my equity from that property and reinvest within my state.

Do you have any good ideas for me?

Kindest Regards,
