Since you are an agent, I would suggest REW commercial, after I exhaust this website. The prices are no where near the deals here but they always have a long list of properties for sale. They seem like a listing hound. Probably due to the high prices.I utilize there list as a waiting list, after a year I will contact them with a lower price since by then I am sure they are deperate.
Guys I apologize for the irrelevance of my post, but since you seem to be familiar with the south Fl are I thought I would ask:
If I bought a wharehouse (miami) oviously a commercial property, and I wanted to set up a small living space within, sorta like a loft, to be able to work and live (at least part of the time);
Could I meet some sort of code requirement in order to reclassify the zoning arrangement of my property.
I would have no problem in adding any type of amenities such as plumbing or electrical upgrades.
Any advise on this issue will be greatly appreciated.
