Strip Center Deal!
I have a center being made available to me. 15000 built now, 3000 sq ft vanilla boxed the rest needs to be finished to vanilla box stage. The other building another 15000 sq ft, not built yet but the developer will build and then leave me to put in the Heat/AC, electric, walls, baths and all. The shell will be built basically. What should I expect from this developer? He is wanting $2,900,000 for this project. He has one tenant today with two more with letters of intent. The one existing tenant needs a total of 3000 sq ft with the other two tenants wanting 1500 each. We would have a lot of space to rent up here. How should all of this be handled? I hope I have this explained clearly enough to understand.
