Condemned Building
Hello. I am a new investor and would like some advice on revamping an old retail building. I looked at a store along the main drag of an economically thriving town. It's in foreclosure at this time, and though the outside of the building looks good (due to a facade grant program through our county) the inside of the buidling looks like the perfect place for the next set of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. What kind of financing or even government grants are out there and available to for-profit non governmental entities?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
