Best Commercial Tenants?

Can anyone recommend a few really good commercial tenants? We are located in NW Florida and are looking to attract some businesses to our community. I need some good ideas of who I should approach and recruit. We are especially interested in grocery stores. Any suggestions?

Here is a really dumb question (maybe).

Knowing that the major search sites are free to advertise for the seller, why would a seller or their agent not make use of this and advertise them there (aka c_star and L__pnet)

    thanks.

Normally birddogs look for property that is not listed anywhere publically so that they can add a fee on top and market it to buyers they know or dont know. They have no fear of someone finding out the actual sales price, and doing the deal without them.

Well, on the theory that some action now is better than none. . . .
Go ahead and make your offer pricing out the two vacants.
