Restrictions On Condo Conversions?
Am hoping to purchase a 2 family house north of boston in a very historic and desirable (with seemingly strict zoning) town. I love the place -- and would like to figure out if I might be able to convert it to condos down the road. It is zoned as a 2 family. Any suggestions on how I can confirm that condo-izing wouldn't be a problem? Are there any such restrictions that could be out there? Thanks.
