What a great place. All that San Antonio market is pushing into Comal County, TX. One of those destinations is 45 Minutes north to WHERE? Canyon Lake.
Well that is where I am building spec homes. Looking to sell them and find more capital to begin doing commercial deals as well. Just getting started but have found a nice little niche all ready.
