REO

Hey Folks,
I'm a rookie investor... I have located a property that has gone thru the auction process and is an REO. The mortgage balance due is $352,000. There are similar homes in the neighborhood listed at $472,000 - $503,000. From the curb the house looks ok. I'm going to inspect ****Must Reach Senior Investor status before posting URL's***w I need to find a hard money loan. I've got a call into someone from my calss who has a source for cash.
