REO For $300k, Can Retail For $399k -What Would U Do?
I have stumbled across a an REO that is listed for $300k, and can retail for almost $400k. I am a new guy here and in no way think I want to try to buy this and resell it, however, I wouldn't mind trying to make something off it. Just suppose it could retail for anything near $400k, and needed only minor cosmetics. What would some of you experienced investors do if you had this in your face? I thought about putting an option on it, and pass it along kinda like a referral but is an REO. Any thoughts? 8-)
