Renting VS CFD
I have a house that I can't decided what would be a better to do, rent it out or contract for deed. I really want to hang on to it for the income for a while. If I CFD it hopefully the people would be more willing to take care of it and I
would still get income. Renting I would get a bigger income however, I would have to keep a closer eye on it with renters. Any input?

If you sell on a Contract For Deed, you retain title until the contract is satisfied, but you have still sold the property on an installment sale.
