Renting To A Business (not My Business)
I was wondering if anyone has ever rented an apartment to a business? What I was thinking about doing was contacting some larger companies in the town that I have a rental unit to see if they ever have employees in from out of town. And if so, would they be interested in renting an apartment close to their company so that they would have a place for them to stay whenever someone comes in town...
I am not sure if this ever happens or if it would really be cost effective for the company to do this. So I was wondering if anyone has attempted anything like this?
The only way I could see this working is if they have employees coming in from out of town quite often. And if they do most companies may just purchase a home themselves??
