Renting Property To A Business
Folks,
I recently purchased a property with an associate of mine. We hold title as joint tenants. We are looking to rent out this property to "ourselves" ie our S corps. Does anyone have any experiences with this? Pros? cons etc would be of great help.
Appreciate the time. I have also setup a meeting with my CPA but that is not till next Monday and I was hoping to get some idea on this.
