Renting A House To Multiple Tenants
Has anyone rented a house to multiple tenants?
e.g. a 4 bed rooms house to 4 different students.
is it legal to add a guest house with another 2 BR. and get a total of 6 students in that property
Do you mean build a guest house? You will have to consult your local community development county officials.

I did not know that there is a law that specifies how many unrelated people can leave in one home.
I wonder if your number is triple that because there are 3 owners for your property.
so instead of having 3 besides the owner since 3 owners it will be 3*3.
also, what happens if you want to rent the home to a family of 12 people, is it legal? because these people are related does it mean that you can rent the home to 3 families?
