Rental Single Family House?
I am new to rental property, single family houses, my question what type of loan do you get for that, can you get primary residence since it’s a single family house, or some other type or loan with higher rates.

Yes, you can get a primary residence loan but it has to be owner occupy for the stated amount of time on the mortage contract.
