You could also call local property management companies and ask what their rental are going for. If you would consider a property manager, then ask one to come out, look at the property and give you a quote. I wouldn't suggest doing this just to use them. I've worked as a property manager with a real estate company before. Property managers only get paid when they rent a property, so don't take advantage :-D
