You are going to find exactly what my realtor in Arizona told me which was, "getting them to call you back can be a chore". Desertwide is a pretty big company. They have way to many properties for to little of staff. Example, I called and left a message with my property manager last Monday. Called again on Wednesday. Got a call back on Friday with a voice mail. Still have not talked to her live. I do not know of another PM to recommend. You need to shop around and find out what their contracts state and mean to you, commission, early termination if needed, how good is their response, etc. #1- How and when do you get paid. For me, the tenant pays on the first and they dont send out the check until the 23rd. That sucks!! Talk to your local realtors and see who they recommend. Let me know if I can help in any other way.
