Rental Lease For GA
Hi Guys
I am closing on a house that will be my first rental property. I was wondering if anyone in GA had a rental lease or contract you would be willing to give me a copy of to use?

I've got one that I use in Atlanta on two different properties. I can't promise that it is perfect, but it is more inclusive than a lot of others I have seen.
