When placing "for rent" ads in your local paper, do most of you list the rent and deposit amounts, or do you leave it open? If you have done both ways, which gets the better response and why? thank you--EB
yea i would agree, it would depend if u want a high volume of calls to weed threw. from a consumer stand point, you want to consider if the deposit is a good rate for rentals in the area before advertising it. why would i call your number if ur deposit is a $1000 while the apartments are doing a $200 deposit move in specail, i probably wont even call.
-u can save a few bucks if it is a per word ad
hope this helps
