Rent Or Sell?
Around my area (Eastern PA) there are lots of mobile homes for sale...cheap! But I was always told to stay away from them because they do not sell. After reading several posts in here you all agree you can get them dirt cheap. So do you rent them out or try and sell them yourselves? 
I sell what I can and rent the rest. Or I set it up as rent to own, or a no money down mortgage. Its all in the advertising and what you want to do with it. There are some that will rent and make money over many years, others will originate a note and sell the note, and others will sell low so they dont have landlord headaches. I guess it's a personal decision that you need to figure out what would be best for you. I personally like to make the interest money or sell for all cash.
