I was wondering what flooring you guys use in your rent houses on the kitchens/ bathrooms? thanks for the help. Robert
In low and mid range rentals - vinyl. Jim
88 cent 16 inch tile from home depot -- installed at $1.25 square foot
thanks jim and lacy thats what I thought, just checking to make sure. thanks robert
I consider the tile classier, and it lasts a lot longer, for not much more money- Renters like it... Chris
Just bought a stack of hardwood parquet flooring from Home Depot- 87 cents a square foot! Not that hard to glue down, and man it looks good! Rents going up... Chris
are you talking about stick down tiles or actual ceramic tile?
