Renewing Lease For A HUD Tenant
I am renewing my lease for my HUD tenant. HUD approved everything. For the renewal, do I just print the original lease application but just change the dates around? Is that all there is to it? Or do I need to somehow reference the previous lease

?Just reprint the lease and change the date. You should need to do much of anything since you are already in the system. By the way, your lease dont mean much, its the HUD side that controls everything. So you can write what you want, but breaking it will take an act of god.
