reliable property info?
Just wanted to see if anyone out there knows of any good programs or websites for doing property searches? I live in the bay area, ca. and so far I've been using RealtyTrac and DataQuick. How accurate do you think these sites are? I was told about these sites by a friend. I also need a good site for doing title search. Any recomendations would be appreciated. 
I haven't used this site yet, but hopefully I will soon. It's First American Real Estate Solutions - www.firstamres.com. I've heard other investors speak highly of this site. They say they would have everything taken away except their use of the site.
