REI In NJ
I consider myself a newbie to REI even though I have my license and own a number of properties. What I am trying to get into is forclosures. Any advice as to how to get started? I v'e been told that forclosures are very difficult in NJ - What else is new...
Since you've posted this Q on a tax lien forum, is it safe to assume that you want to first acquire a muni tax lien, then foreclose? If that's the case, you should know that the majority of muni tax liens are redeemed within the 6 month, or 2 year redemption period.
I apologize -- I am also new to this site - I wanted to post a topic regarding NJ REI - Where do I go to do this?
Foreclosures are tough in NJ but being an Auto-mechanic in Colorado cold is even tougher, sad Peter Conti and became one of the most renown CRI gurus.
The information that I have is that the NJ is one of the best places to invest in foreclosure those days because the ROI is high ( about 30%) and the good appreciation of over 10% per year helps on top of that. Can't remember where did I see the statistic but if I find it, I'll post it here.
