REI Group And Wholesalers
I am looking to join a rei group in the NYC, IS there any information that someone can relay to me. I motivated to at least get one deal done by feb. looking at rent and holds-- I will be willing to purchase from a wholesaler who could gve me a good deal, I want a multifamily where wholesaler and I can work together and shake hands and both be content.
