i keep reading all these different terms passed around and wonder what they mean. is there a good book i can read that gives the ins & outs of rehabbing? Thanks
I am sure others will say this, but I recently bought Buy it Fix it Sell it, and I was happy with the purchase. It only cost 15 bucks, and was a good read.
I wouldnt spend a ton of money on a book or seminar, what you need to learn will come from experience, from asking questions, from real life experience.
I agree, " Investing in Fixer uppers" by Jay Decima is an EXCELLENT book for starting out. Not every theory/method will apply to everyone in all areas, but you will definitely have a better idea of what to do when you start.

thanks for the quick reply wallstreetcappers. I plan to stay away from the so-called gurus and stick with the guys who make this thing work.
I agree! Buy it, Fix it, Sell it & Profit by Kevin Meyers is excellent. Wish I had read it before I started.

I'm almost done reading through Jay DeCima's 'Investing in Fixer Upper' and it's a pretty good read as well. A lot of good basic info.
