I dont want to have a vague question but I am interested in getting into rehabbing homes in my area and I need a little direction. I want to know who to talk to and what to research. Any help I could get would be really appreciated!!!

offer whatever you can to make the deal work for you. Figure your rehab and holding costs on the property, a min profit, and make them an offer. and then since it is HUD wait and wait and wait..

make your offer and follow up with the same offer every 3 weeks until the house is sold.
