If you ask me it is worse then a war zone in Camden I have invested in some pretty bad areas but there is no way in that area. So bad in Cadem that they had to bring in the state police a few years back to assist in patrols and if im right there still doing it. Also last night was devils night in Camden for years on the average 100 plus fires were there. Check it out before doing any investing there. I know of a group that was trying to peddle house down there for 3 times the amount they bought them for and some they didnt even own, they would get money from investors then go and pay the tax dept get title and flip it to investors.

Trenton is not as bad as Camden but still a area I would really think twice about.
