Total Rehab Contractor Needed In Chicago

i am looking for an experienced, reliable contractor to take on a gut rehab i have on the south side. anyone use an individual or company they have had good luck with? if this relationship works out, i would be happy to pay a finders fee.
I may be able to help. Give me more details of your rehab project, eg. budget, interior, addition etc. The contractor has done a couple project for my collegues, both of them are architects. One of the projects was remodeling to the attic by removing part of the roof to create a more usable room, higher ceiling, for his daughter. The project cost about 40-50k done in 2 month. thanks-this is a total gut rehab for a two-flat...new roof, plumbing, electrical, windows, siding at least....possibly the finish work as well. this job can be done for around 50k; i just want someone who can do it well in about 2-3 months and will guarantee their work. i would be VERY interested in your contacts! thanks so much!!!
