Lived in Illinois back when I was a wee-little-person. Can any of you help me by recommending a Trustworthy General Contractor out in the following cities: Sumner & Herrin. Saw some possible deals there and would like to set up a team ready to make repairs should I be unable to FLIP the properties without doing any work on the properties. <IMG SRC="images/forum/smilies/icon_confused.gif">
