Rehab Project Out Of Pocket $, Advice On Subs
I am doing an extensive SF rehab, hopefully out of pocket. I am looking for advice on paying the subs.
I want to pay promtly to keep the work going fast, but I do not want to get ahead of the work. What is a typical payment schedule for rough carpentry, plumbing and electric?
Do you recommend paying for the materials from the supply house? Do you suggest getting lien waivers signed by the subs?
