Newbie Looking To Rehab
I am currently a landlord in New Jersey and I love real estate investing!!! I have limited experience and I have a couple questions about the HUD loans that allow you to rehab a property that you are owner-occupied...
How does this program work?
Are there ways to get 100% financing of the ARV?? If not - how much can I expect to get financed?
Do they do interest only payments until its rehabbed?
Any information, places to go, websites to vist, etc. will be greatly appreciated!
