Make My Noisy Frogs Go Away!
The frogs in my backyard start thier noise at sunset and continues till after midnight. I am all for evironmental protection but the problem is getting very bad(loud). Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them go away? (sleepy face)
Growing up in the city and listening to let see................city traffic, horns, sirens, screeching tires, gun shots, cursing and yelling outside ones window................I will take the tree frogs all day long.
I now live out in the country...............we love to leave our windows and bedroom / balcony door open at night to listen to the "out door symphony".
On the tree frogs behalf, they were probably there before you..................after all this is the place where God has placed them...................for a reason.
I would rather deal with them instead of other insects that would run rampant. Nature does have a way of balancing itelf out.
I agree, buy ear plugs ........or invest in a better insulated / sound proof home...........................the ear plugs are cheaper.

PS. I know of people in the city that would actually buy audio cassettes (im dating myself) of country out door noise.............you get it for free. (laugh)
Try a hepa filter, white noise machine, or something that has ambient noise.
There are some products that kill frogs. Some people use it in swimming pools where the pool pump does not work and the pool has turned into a pond.
A great tools is to get yourself two or three small fans and two or three low rimed containers some dry ice and away those little frogs go. For some reason, they just hate carbon dioxide and the mosquitoes go to.
I may as well join the rest of the crowed and poke a little fun.
On the other hand, just go to Wal Mart get some paint guns and go A frog hunting - better yet open up a frog leg bed and breakfast YUM YUM
