Looking For Course
Hi all
I am looking to buy a rehabbing course. Does anyone have any reccommendations? I am looking for something that go's thru the whole process sort of like the book "buy it, fix it, sell it, Profit" by Kevin Myers. Anyone use one recently? I would appreciate any opinions?

Robyn Thompson's is excellent! I'm not using mine though...got into creative RE.
So I guess it could be for sale at a discount...if you're interested.
What kind of discount? How much is it usually? Is it in good shape?
Stephen Cook's Rehabbing For Big Cash is excellent it goes thru thr whole process of rehabbing.
