?Landscaping Question?
I deal mainly in lower income homes and have recently purchased a REO home at the right price. I've gutted the inside and will be hitting it heavy in the coming month but the yard has been taken for granted well over 10 years and it shows. There's a large tree on one side of the yard that is sucking up all the life out of only one side of the front lawn. It's too much to remove the tree, but are there any fixes that you guys know of on the market? I just need to get the lawn presentable for resale in a few months. Any miracle products out there?
Thanks for your advice in advance.

depends on how much time you have n where your located. i had a property like that before. i had to turn the yard then put them blue grass seeds down plus water every day. please dont throw the seeds on top it does nothing. it took me 3 weeks.
Its called landscape rock. Get a few tons, pull the grass out and drop the rock into a creative artistic piece. If you kill the tree, youll be looking at some severe sticker shock to have it taken out.
