Investment Ideas?

I have some money to invest in real estate.. about $15K . I have some handyman skills. What investment approach would you advice? I am more inclined towards Rehabbing, but open to other ideas.

    It might be best to read a few books on investing and with you knowing yourself better than the posters, see which aspect fits yuor personality.

    I would educate myself first and then pursue a line of investment. Join your locak CRE club and network with them..smile
