if you know how to find them, the good deals are everywhere. While at one place Subject to work's fine, on the other SS is doing better. However, if you are interested in moving to FL, maybe you can PM few experianced memebers from over there, who can hep you with the right answer. My sugestion to you would be to be more specific about what kind of deals you are interested in.
