Help - Tub Leaking Through Floor Below
Help, in one of my rental homes, I have an upstairs tub that is leaking through the roof below. The faucet drips a bit, so there is a constant flow of water, I believe it is the drain/gasket or the pipes off of the drain. I can get access by a closet behind the shower or below, where the water is coming through the roof. Any ideas has any one had this problem. Thanks so much!
I would hire a plumber before the problem gets worse.
