First Rehab Questions!
Hi, I bought a condo in a high end neighborhood and plan to rehab and sell. It is not in bad condition just outdated. I would love to redo everything but know that overdoing a rehab can be a horrible waste of money. So far I plan to remove popcorn ceilings,repaint throughout, repaint kitchen cabinets instead of replace, new range fridge, DW, sink, new laminate floor in living room/kitchen, try to clean carpet up stairs instead of replace, update lighting and hardware in bathrooms. My biggest question is the type of counter to instal in kitchen, granite on painted old cabs or tile or laminate? Also the frige and DW are in good cond. but in bisque color. I thoght of finding a range to match and painting cabs to match. Does this sound gross or should I buy new everything in kitchen?
