We want to add a garage bay to our existing attached garage.
The size will be 12 x 23 with 9 ft overhead door in front and 6 ft overhead door (for lawn tractor) in the back. The interior will be unheated and unfinished. Concrete floor and drive way that will extend diagonally to existing curb cut for about 50 feet.
