Asking The Right Questions
Hello,
I found a few properties that need few and some many repairs. My question is what questions should Ibe asking the real estate agent and what answers should i be getting to know that the property is a potetial deal before I go and visit the property and make an offer, with of course upon inspection clause.

Ask them what they think the property will be worth after repair.
Ask them how the area sells, how long homes take to sell, what they estimate the repairs will cost (my agent is experienced in fixer uppers and is usually correct withing plus/minus 5K).
Take a camera and take lots of pictures. They are great for refreshing the memory as to the extent of obvious repairs.
