Have you ever been to Lowes or Home Depot?

You best choice is to go to Hialeah in Miami they build cabinets and are affordable for rehhab... this is were all the big companies buy their cabinets for resale

I would check out the mills pride "Hartford" line at Home Depot. I have them in my own house and for the price the are super. Very Neutral plus you can not beat the warranty.

Also: I here they are building or built an IKea store down there (Lucky you)
They have some simular Flat box Lines that are very popular and Affortable. Check out their web site.

I went to Home Depot but my local one they act like I am crazy when I ask for the generic cabinets. All they had was the stuff you have to preorder. I will check another HD.
I hate shopping so I am finding all these items a true pain to deal with

I would not know what was meant by genric cabinet either. You want in stock ready made cabinets

Rayh78 - I did not ask them for generic cabinets - lol. I asked them about their "stock cabinets that do not need to be special ordered". I thought that was pretty thorough but everything they had needed to be ordered.

PamMathews - if you knew me you would not suggest I learn to tile - lol. Actually I do know how to tile but I hate it. And personally I have tile bathtubs and showers - nightmare to keep clean in this area where the water tends to be heavy on the calcium and other minerals. The water tends to stink of sulfur and tiles surfaces seem to keep the smell longer

Pam you should think twice before doing tile as you are suggesting, just throwing tile up without first demoing and installing proper backer board for a wet area is not something we should be doing to the future owners of a rehab.

    Amen to that!
