Rehabbing, How Much Is To Much
When rehabbing a house the walls do not look to bad. You know there is no insulation in the outside walls. Would you rip the walls down just to insulate the exterior walls? I would think this is a big seeling point to be able to say the house is insulated
Check with your insulation contractor. They should be able to drill two inch holes just below the ceiling and spray insulation in the walls same as the attic. They also have wooden plugs so all you need to do is float and paint the patches
Hope this helps some

Thank you for the response. I've heard from people that the blown in works well for a couple of years and then begins to sag and cause cold spots. Is this true? I know it doesn't matter if your fixing up to resell, just curious
I would check with building code to see if I was required to have a specific amount before going further. You could save yourself some money by doing it now. It would be selling point to have an old house that is well insolated. Most people that have lived in an older home know about heat and cooling cost. I say do it right the first time.
No insulation?? Just curious...is this an older house. I believe in most areas now its a requirement to have a certain amount of insulation in the walls.
