Rehabbing Combo Residential/commercial
Have an opportunity to purchase a 2 family that also has 2 commercial buildings suited for a plumber or electricians shop. (total approx 50K to rehab). The area is really coming back, but asking if anyone has experienced getting involved in property that is both residential and commercial and if these types of commercial properties move on the market.(Bergen County, NJ).
