Rehab Rental Property For The Elderly
HI to anyone who can be of help.
I have some rental property i would like to rehab .Does the government have a program or a low interest loan available for fixing up property to rent to the elderly or low income people ?The house is currently empty and is need of repairs such as a roof. URAR loans are available thoughout the country for low income families. I have done that in the past where the funding for new electrical systems, windows, and heating have been paid for by sponsored programs. I had to walk the people through the applications and drive them to appointments but my rental properties were fixed up as the end result. LORI
