Rehab Question

I'm looking at a preforeclosure to purchase but there's a problem. How do you ( and what do you use or whodo you call) get cat pee removed or neutralized ?

LOL! a friend is dealing with this now.

several methods from cleaning, to special enzymes, to replacing carpet, to replacing wood floors.

It is a fairly straightforward process. Remove and clean what you can and then use an air sanitizer machine to clean the air. There is one similar to the one I use on this site but it is not as good and costs more.

If the smell is in the carpet, you should call a professional and tell them your issue. We experienced a mattress soaked in cat pee and the professionals said that foam is VERY difficult to remove cat fumes.
