Rehab Funding

I am a beginner and have put together all the resources to begin rehabbing except the funding. I recently came across a company called Rehab Funding locating in PA. Has anyone had any experiences with them. I like their terms but am looking for some feedback

I have not heard of or know of them, but just read thier website and the terms do sound good.

Please let me know if you use them or hear anything about them.

Thanks for your reply. I am thinking seriously about going through their pre-qualification process. The terms are good but their loan process is very rigorious. I also checked the better business bereau but they said that they are updating their information on them.

Does any one know of other companies that specialize in rehab funding?

I have talked to Bob at rehab funding and will be submitting a deal to them in the next week. You also might want to take a look at Brookview Financial. They do the same thing as rehab funding. As of yet I have not used either one of them.

Don''t count on any lender being too friendly with first timers. THis is the higher risk part of lending.. Like restaurants, first deals often go south during the first year/project.
Jump through the hoops and establish yourself with a lending agency.
There are thousands of individuals that loan money as well. THey are more concerned with LTV than anything else. Frequently they are called "hard money" lenders.
